Delivery Information

Rest of the World starting from £5.00 (depending on weight of item – if purchasing mug for example, cost may increase; this will show automatically in during checkout process based on items in basket)

Please note: If ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs charges which would be charged by your local authority, we have no control over customs charges.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using your chosen delivery method at checkout, the number of days vary depending on the option you choose but are generally from 1 to 4 working days from the day of dispatch. Dispatch times are quoted on each individual item.

In the unlikely event that your item doesn’t arrive, Royal Mail asks that you allow 15 working days for delivery. If, after this time, your item still hasn’t arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical replacement for you immediately.

International Delivery
All international items are sent via Royal Mail or UPS International Services. Depending on where you are in the world delivery times may vary. Dispatch times vary depending on each item.

In the unlikely event that your item doesn’t arrive, we ask that you allow 20 working days for items being posted to Europe and 25 working days for items posted to the Rest of the World before declaring an item is lost. If after this time your item still hasn’t arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical item for you straight away.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, please contact us if there is a problem once your order has been received. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund. We must be notified of a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days. If we are issuing you a refund for a faulty item you will receive a full refund.

Tags: Our tags are not indestructible and is not a toy. We do not take responsibility for wear and tear which may occur over time. All tags are personalised and therefore a sale is final.

[THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALISED ITEMS] -If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase you are free to return it within 14 days in perfect condition, once we have received your item we will issue you with a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in a re-sell condition, please package the item well and send via a recorded service. The return postage is your responsibility.

Where to Return Items

Before you return an item please contact us at admin@zoomies.shop to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligible for a refund.

Please include this number on your parcel when you return the item, please package items carefully, if the product becomes damaged during the returns process then we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
