Do you charge extra for custom requests?

We DO NOT charge extra for custom requests and special designs.

Can you rush an order?

Yes but please get in touch with us first by sending us a message on Instagram and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Our packaging is very unique and we can provide a special card with a unique message for gifts. Please leave a note at checkout to let us know.

We also offer gift boxes for £1 - see images on any of our tag listings.

Can I see a mockup before purchasing?

We are happy to create digital mock-ups for special request tags and you are under no obligation to purchase!

What is the difference between the normal tags and the premium tag?

Our normal tags are printed onto 1.1mm double sided aluminium.

Our premium tags are 2 separate aluminium circles enclosed in a silver or gunmetal grey alloy bezel for extra protection.

How quickly are orders processed?

We aim to process all standard tag orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Our premium tags are processed within 2 to 3 working days.

Please note: 'working days' does not include weekends and bank holidays.
